Services Provided

NOW offers premium travel concierge services, including flight reservations (business and first class), luxury hotel bookings, and the rental of exceptional properties such as villas and penthouses. Chauffeur transfer services are also available upon request.

Booking & Payment

Services are confirmed upon client approval and deposit payment. The remaining balance is payable in accordance with the issued quote. Payments are processed securely through trusted payment processors.

Liability & Force Majeure

We work with top-tier partners. However, we will not be held liable for any delays, disruptions, or failures caused by third parties or events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, or global crises. In such circumstances, we will use our best efforts to provide a suitable alternative or, where applicable, appropriate compensation.

Amendments

We reserve the right to update our Privacy Policy or Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our website and email. Your continued use of the service following such changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or the local courts, as appropriate.
